Built around the working day
Save your projects on the device before you head out. Open saved snags, add details and record completion while offline, then send your changes when the connection returns.
How offline working worksReady to send when you’re connected.
One job. Everyone connected.
The right information for the people
who need to act on it.
Record snags, locate them on drawings and see which items are ready for inspection. Keep comments and evidence with the work.
See your assigned snags, ask questions in context and add completion evidence. Keep moving between saved snags on site.
Organise project access, invite your team and manage your company’s accounts. Give each person the access their role needs.
Before you get started
Site Method currently runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Dedicated Android and iPhone apps are planned for a later phase.
Connect first and let your projects finish saving on the device. Keep using that browser and stay signed in. You can work on saved snags, create snags and record completion; changes send when the connection returns. Project setup, account changes and videos need a connection. Offline speech support depends on the browser and device.
Yes. Everyone signs in with their own account in their company’s workspace. Administrators, site managers and contractors have access appropriate to their role and projects.
Customer pilots are being prepared with assisted setup. We’ll agree the workspace, users and licence with you, then help your administrator get started. There is no public self-service registration at this stage.
This phase focuses on snagging: photographs, optional video, drawing references and pins, contractor assignment, comments, inspections, notifications and printable snag lists. Reporting, site diary and safety modules are planned separately.
